From New York to Jerusalem

Four decades of retail and real estate, from Queens to the heart of East Jerusalem — and a bold roadmap ahead.

1979

Retail beginnings in the USA

Started with Trade Fair Supermarkets in Queens, New York — a 3,500 sq ft outlet that grew into a chain.

1984–92

US market dominance & real estate

Trade Fair expands to 10 locations; recognised among Queens' top 50 private companies, with 25 prime NY & PA real-estate holdings.

1999

Investment in Jerusalem & Ramallah

Began providing commercial and business spaces across Jerusalem and the West Bank.

2012–17

Baladi Mall, Stages 1 & 2

Developed the Mall & Supermarket; Stage 2 added a fitness club and medical centers.

2022

Stage 3 expansion — 30,000 sq ft

Added diverse retail, apartments, offices and medical clinics — demonstrating rapid growth.
